Pets will be an extra charge plus a deposit for cleaning. All utilities are paid by renter and must be put into renters name prior to move in date -- must have proof of changeover. Tenant will be required to pay rent electronically each month via cash app, zelle or venmo. Rent is due the 1st day of each month. Looking for strong credit scores, your current landlords contact information as i want to make sure i have a tenant that takes care of the house and is clean. if you don't meet the criteria above or can't provide a current landlord reference please don't apply to rent this house.
