Once you go through the automatic gate, you feel like you are miles away from the city, when in fact you are very close th the local hospital. The view from every window is stellar-you overlook well landscaped botanical a nd vegetable gardens. The two local colleges, Cal Poly and College of the Redwoods are close by. We are very near to both hiking, bikeing trails and a short drive to our beautiful old town Eureka and Humboldt Bay. There are markets (grocery and other retail stores less than a mile away. This is a month to month rental agreement with a 30 day rental termination notice policy. Tenant will not be responsible for utilities with the exception if utility bills are higher than normal the tenant would then be responsible for the increase of the utilities that is higher than normal. Our solar PG&E account tracts energy usage and production.
