This property was built in 2012 and I am its only owner. It's an incredibly quiet neighborhood. We have a lake view and a great backyard to enjoy the outdoors. We made a lot of improvements to this house, especially outside, including a vinyl fence, an outdoor kitchen, a firewood pizza oven, a wood deck, pergola and the newest one is a gigantic swim spa (16ft). This is a wonderful place to be with family, friends or just enjoying nature. There are two lakes in the neighborhood, so it is perfect for scenic walks. There are also two pools with one being walking distance away. Some other neighborhood amenities include: a basketball court, soccer field, clubhouse, and wooded area. The nearest Walmart is only ten minutes away and they have a new medical and vision center, so it is close to all necessities.
