I'm renting out the top portion of my house (3 bedrooms/1 bath/ your own family room with fireplace...see last picture for upstairs layout). I live in the basement with my own family room and bathroom so just shared kitchen and laundry. If you or anyone you know is on the hunt, feel free to reach out! Ideally I would rent out the top 3 rooms to two people and they can share the third room as office space ($1,500). However, if one person is looking for 3 rooms I would lower the price to $1,200. A little about me ...I'm in my thirties, enjoy rock climbing, soccer, and snowboarding. I am pretty clean...I enjoy being social but also like some time to myself. Split utilities
