Tenant will not receive compensation for damages to their personal belongings/valuables/property. Also be aware that if damages incurred are found to be caused due to neglect/mis-use/ not communicating issues in a timely manner or deliberate-destructive behavior then tenant WILL incur ALL costs and legal action taken.
