This is a 24 acre farm with a two story farm house and 8 or 9 outbuildings. All the land is top quality and there is not any waste land at all. The buildings take up maybe 2 acres and the rest is ready for farming. All the land is in hay as of now. The ground lays nice and smooth as can be. The house is a log home underneath with additions over the years, records say build in 1811 and it appears the log barn is that old too. The home has what appears to be a good roof and siding and overall ready for a family to move in. The buildings are showing age but all but one is salvageable with a little elbow grease. Overall a wonderful 24 acre farm that would make a great produce or horse farm because the land lays so nice. It is in PA but borders Maryland. Per the owner there are 3 building rights also. Don't follow GPS !!! Follow the directions included. This farm is only 2 and a half miles from Lineboro and 4 miles to horse working farms.
