Welcome to The Moorings 101, a stylish condo designed for comfort, convenience, and a true coastal experience. From the moment you arrive, you'll notice the inviting open layout with a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, and a dining space perfect for gathering together. Large windows and direct balcony access bring in plenty of natural light while offering relaxing views of the water, creating the ideal setting to start your mornings with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening. Just steps away, you can enjoy a wide range of community amenities including a sparkling outdoor pool, soothing hot tub, modern fitness center, and grilling area. Parking is available at no cost for 2 vehicles maximum. Park in any unmarked spot within the lot. Parking is not available for boats or trailers of any kind. Beyond the community, you'll find Orange Beach's best attractions close bywhether it's waterfront dining, boutique shopping, family-friendly entertainment, or endless outdoor activities along the Alabama coast. Boat docking is not available for guests at all at any time. This area is for fishing access only. For boat launch and storage, the closest marina is Sportsman Marina and slips are available for rent there. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. We don't provide beach towels. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Local attractions include The Wharf Entertainment District with shopping, dining, concerts, a Ferris wheel, and a marina. Waterfront Park and Kids Park offer a family-friendly park with a pier, pavilions, and picnic areas on Wolf Bay. The Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach features local art exhibits, glass blowing, pottery classes, and cultural events. Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail provides scenic trails for walking, biking, and wildlife viewing. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is a family attraction with a variety of animals and interactive experiences. Gulf State Park offers expansive park with beaches, fishing, hiking trails, and outdoor recreation.
