If you are a nature lover, this setting is for you. The house has a main floor of about 200 sq ft plus another 100 sq ft for the bedroom in the big loft, and an additional smaller loft for storage. The lofts require access via the ladder. The unit can be provided partly furnished, including a full apt. size refrigerator/freezer, residential size propane cooktop/oven, queen size memory foam mattress, a sofa, a 50" 4K LED TV, nightstand, and a fold-down work table. At night, sleep under the stars while gazing up through the skylight. The bathroom includes a roomy shower, small sink and a composting toilet. Electric and propane heating are provided, and cooling is via a ceiling fan, and 2 operable skylights. AC is not available and rarely needed. Water heater is on-demand. Flooring is premium vinyl. Off-street parking behind a locked gate is provided on a fully fenced secure property. No dishwasher or laundry unit onsite. It is a perfect size for 1 person. We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and respectful with no drama and who will take great care of our tiny house. Smoking, illegal drugs, parties and pets are not permitted. Lease duration is negotiable, 6 mo. or 1 year, with renewal possibility. Deposit ($1,000) to hold at lease signing, with first and last month's rent due prior to move-in. Utilities: electric, water, trash and internet are INCLUDED. Tenant responsible for refilling portable BBQ style propane tanks.
