Furnished room available April 1st! An extremely spacious house (two living rooms) in a really good area. 29th Ave skytrain 5ish min walk away. Kingsway 5 mins in the other direction. House is fully furnished. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer! House comes with all main appliances, plus a few extras we've picked up along the way. Bills are separate. Please let me know if you have any questions! Viewings on weekends will be earlier in the day. Only weekdays after 5pm. The bills aren't monthly exactly, and they're not that expensive whenever they do come around. Like 20-40 bucks each every 6 weeks or so. Street parking (always available). We happily take care of the house and garden duties. These are shared tasks so some housework will be required (just keeping the place clean). The landlord is a truly great person, which is the main selling point in my opinion.
