No kitchenware, dishware, food or supplies are to be left in these areas for a period of more than 24 hours. The dining area will be cleared of all personal items after use. The living room will be cleared of all personal items after use. All common areas are subject to regulation/requests by the corresponding tenants housed underneath. Example: Should noise from the dining room disturb the occupant below, noise will be adjusted accordingly. Tenants will not park in the driveway. Tenants will observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am 7 days a week. Hosting of events or parties is prohibited.
