Located on the edge of the San Bernardino National Forest, enjoy our unobstructed views of the forest and even distant high desert from multiple decks . The classic A-frame design and spacious ceilings and loft allow the room you need to relax and breathe in the mountains. Within steps of the cabin there are multiple trails to hike. Our El Coyote cabin offers 2 bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a double desk working space and relaxation area in the loft. Enjoy our five decks to step outside and work with perfect mountain views. Our BBQ Deck allows a space to dine outside as well. Or simply enjoy a fire inside and relax. Lake Arrowhead is a picturesque mountain retreat. The Lake Arrowhead Village and Stater Bros. grocery store are only 15 minutes away. Our side of the lake offers a quiet retreat and quiet escape. Views of Lake are not from cabin, they are from certain lookouts around the Lake. The Lake is a 5 min drive from our cabin. Lease Terms: -1 Year Lease -Tenant will cover electricity and gas. We will cover water, internet and trash service. We also have a new Bear Box at the road to make trash collection days easy. Mail: -Please note, there is no USPS mail service at the house. -If you are needing mail service, PO Boxes are available for rent at the Blue Jay & Lake Arrowhead Village Post Offices. -Fed Ex & UPS do deliver packages to the house address. Trash/Recycling: -We have a bear box and road side trash service. Snow Events: -The mountains have snow events yearly, if you have any questions about this, please ask. Fire/Fireplace: -We are located in a very FIRE SENSITIVE AREA! Please do not smoke or create any fire or sparks. One mistake could start a life threatening fire that destroys our community. Please be aware of the fire dangers and help us protect our community and home! -If using the fireplace the flue must be open and the fire screen must be in place. -If you are uncomfortable or inexperienced with fireplaces, please refrain from using. -We do not provide fire wood.
