Finishings include a nice bed, dresser, bedside table, and even a mini fridge if you'd like. I am looking for some reasonable male housemates. The home is 4 bedrooms, currently it's just me and my dog, Roger. After this first roommate placement, we'll steadily add more folks. Sometimes my girlfriend stays over, sometimes I go over to her place. I work in tech and am fairly laid back. I just ask that you be respectful, keep common areas clean, and pay rent on time. Rent for a room is simply $800 a month, all utilities included. Security deposit is $400.
