Cal State campus is a short walk away and we would like to help Cal Sate people-- faculty, staff, administrators, students. It's our home. We can shared use of the dining room and front living room. The furnished bedroom, including desk, for rent is in the front of the house. The bathroom is close by. Kitchen has shelves for your stuff and our kitchen utensils and dishes can be used. Shared refrigerator. (Quick clean up required.) I mostly live alone. I have an associate here about 3 to 5 nights a week who stays in a bedroom on the ground floor and works in an office, also on the ground floor. No smoking. Month to month payment.
