Just across the road is also the Michigan State University Tollgate Farm and Education Center, a fun place for adults and kids. The front porch and the backyard brick-pavers patio with pergola is perfect for entertaining and sitting out in the sun and watching the sunset. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The main floor has 1 bedroom and half bathroom, while there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor, including the master suite, connected master bathroom and large walk-in closet. The stairs lead up to a loft that is a cozy place with big windows allowing lots of natural sunlight. Natural light is a constant feature throughout the house and the sunlight falls squarely on the house front and windows during the day. The house front gets so much sunlight that during winters the snow melts quite quickly and there is no need of plowing snow and clearing the driveway. Its a great house and we were lucky to enjoy it for 3 years.
