I have a one bedroom apartment on Broadway and 108th in a coop building for rent. The building is quiet, and this apartment is particularly quiet because one wall faces an outside wall. NO NEIGHBOR ON THAT SIDE. The upstairs neighbor is remarkably quiet, I'm serious! Really polite, quiet tenant up there. The building has a lounge with a pool table. You are welcome to use it. The lounge can be reserved for private parties, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the building as well. This, folks, is a great building to live in. I don't have photos of the lounge; I'm in California at the moment otherwise I'd take some photographs. When you go to see the apartment you can have a look at the lounge. The super has agreed to show the place for me. There is an application fee which I will personally refund once tenant has been approved and has moved into the apartment. AND at the end of the 12 month rental period I will give renter one thousand dollars if they resign for a second year lease!
