We are centrally located- We are 15mins to downtown Kingston, 30 mins to Oak Ridge, 25mins to Harriman, 40mins to west Knoxville, and a little over 1hr to Chattanooga. We are in a beautiful area full of wild life including turkey and deer. We are on a dead end street so it's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We are also right next to Watts Bar Lake, so close that we are walking distance to blue springs marina (it's at the end of our street) which has boat rentals or available boat slips if needed, a little restaraunt, and ramp that is kayak friendly. There's room to add to the vegetable garden area, raise poultry or other farm animals, plant flowers, raise bees, etc. We are Pet friendly (dogs must be good with other animals). We have room for additional farm animals, and a newly built dry lot with 24/7 hay for horses if horse boarding is needed. We are also in the process of building an outdoor arena. There is plenty of parking and room for trailers as well as storage area for kayaks. Room can be rented month to month or a 6-month or 1-year lease. Prefer non-smokers but smoking is permitted outside No covered parking but there is plenty of it
