2 story townhome on corner lot with 2 car garage. It has a backyard. Master bedroom with full bath for one person, 2 more bedrooms up, and full bath up and 1/2 bath on main level. Laundry room with washer and dryer hookups upstairs. Cheap wooden window ledges with water damage. Never renovated. Water damage throughout. Flooring needs replaced. Electricity and water are extremely expensive. Extremely loud street. No air conditioning. Furnace is about to break and is extremely loud. And being the corner lot you get all the wind and trash. Windows upstairs are leaking and old with mold growing in them. There are no thermal windows. The wind blows the curtains even if they are closed and locked. No insulation at all. Heat in the master med room in the summer is unbearable same with in the winter. You can hear the neighbors like they are in your house. You know when they are cooking too. Dishwasher leaks and is rusting out. Water line for the fridge is kinked and clogged. Counter tops are falling apart. Main colors of the interior are yellow burgundy cream and off white all in one room. The front door is falling off the hinges. The screen door on the front is held together with tape. The rear sliding door takes so much effort to open it’s not worth it. Stains. Smells. And no remodel. Kept it cheap. Not my headache anymore.
