With this room, you will have 24/7 access to the common area living room, kitchen, front and back porches, basement, and bathroom. Rent is $600 and that includes all utilities, WiFi, and a bed in your room. Upfront, you will need $600 for 1 months rent plus $600 for security deposit, $1,200 total due when we sign the lease.
