The apartment is beautiful, with a large bedroom, high ceilings, dishwasher, brand new oven, jacuzzi tub and a bi-level/split kitchen room and separate living room. There is an incredible amount of storage space in the apartment, that really needs to be seen to be believed. The building is a small one, only 20 units most of them owner-occupied. The building is well cared for and about 12 years old. It is a block and a half away from the newly renovated Prospect Ave. station on the R train, which is only three away from the Atlantic Terminal Hub which has the 2-3-4-5-D-M-N-B-Q and Railway trains. It's one stop away from the F train, which you can also walk to (about a 10-15 minute walk). It's a short walk to Prospect Park, and is directly in between the thriving bars and restaurants that line 5th and 7th Avenues. Unfortunately, I can not have pets in this place.
