NO smoking allowed in the unit. 3 Storage lockers available and 1 covered parking space available for tenants as well as street parking within the neighborhood. The pre-qualifiers before submitting an application are the following: - No more than 5 people may reside in the home. - The verifiable gross income (before taxes are taken out) for AlLL adult resident, when added together, must be 2.5x the amount of the rent. In this case, at least $4,250.00 per month. - There can be no landlord evictions or money owed to a landlord on any of the credit reports for any of the applicants. - We will allow a move-in date of no longer than 1 week from the date the home is available. - The initial term of the lease is 6 months. Other qualifiers are included on the Application Criteria form which must also be signed and dated by the adult applicants. The other items may cause a higher deposit (up to 2x the monthly rent). The regular deposit is always equal to one month's rent (plus the additional deposit for pets, if applicable at $250 per pet). If a higher deposit is requested and you are not agreeable to it, your holding deposit will be refunded to you. Initial lease term will be 6 months. $50 Credit and background check per applicant 18 years of age or older.
