USE OF POOL AND SPA Pool cleaner comes 1-3x a week through the side gate to clean the pool, which takes a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay. No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest. POOL HEATING $125/day to heat the pool (full stay required) It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice Spa heating included in booking amount ... increased price in winter months (November to March) -- if the stay exceeds 5 days, there is an additional $15/day charged for unlimited spa usage CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS Early check-in or late check-out, if available, may be an additional fee.
