Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is always having group outings on "the greens" at least once a month. All of the kids play games and are very well behaved. The greens also has a new pavilion with electricity, tables and a grill. Neighbors are always willing to help out each other and look after each others properties. For instance, while my lawnmower was broke both of my neighbors let me use theirs. The beach has lights with power outlets, a grill picnic tables and plenty of beach for enclosed fires.
