Guest Reviews "Simply Perfect" 5/5 Stars We rented this place in early August this year, two couple and two kids. This place had all the comforts of home, two very nicely appointed bedrooms each with private bathrooms upstairs, and another bedroom with bathroom downstairs. The bedroom downstairs has bunk beds and we considered very briefly having the children stay there but it was steps from the pool and too far from parents. The kids slept quite comfortably on the pull out sofa. Everything you could need was there, full kitchen, bath towels and beach towels, washer and dryer. No barbeque tools but a barbeque, which came in handy when we brought home the lobsters. The dock was wonderful and though it was slow going (no wake), getting to open water was not too far. Convenient! Two minutes to Publix and Walgreens and Gas station. It was peaceful, and just plain WONDERFUL! The iguanas had us chuckling as they snuck up to the pool for a drink. It's a short drive to key west and we had a lovely evening. We stayed a week and plan on going back.
