The appliances are all under 2 yrs old. All rooms will have fresh paint, in fact the only rooms that don’t are the kitchen , laundry room and the master bedroom. The backyard is another fave of mine for the mere fact it’s huge! Privacy fence is what we’re thinking to put up. I actually don’t have anything but great things to say about this house and the only reason it’s on the market is bec. I need more room. My boys need a play room and I also just had a baby girl. Central air and heat are always my preference and I prefer to be cold rather than hot. One thing about this house is that the air conditioner definitely does it’s job as well does the heater. I have spent a lot of time and money growing grass where there was none. I take pride in a nice lawn. We added a handicapped ramp that leads to the back door.to the laundry room and strait into the kitchen. My mother is 69 yrs old and we had it built so that she could drive to the back of the house and unload the groceries easier. We also decided to purchase a taller toilet for the fact it hurts her to bend down so low to the original toilet that this house came with. It’s very peaceful here besides the occasional train. The roof is brand new, replaced after Michael. The windows are all double paned and recently I had the cracked one in the front fixed and the back window panes that are on the back door we’re just about all broken when we moved in and they were also replaced as well. Since there isn’t a garage we made the decision to purchase a nice size shed. The property line is pretty much outlined in the back by the whats left of a previous fence, although in fact you would own more land which is some of the wooded area. The water pressure here is also amazing. When it’s spring time if your a bird lover like myself and my mom you will love it here. My hummingbird bird feeders,bird bath and my birdseed feeder stayed visited by the most beautiful hummingbirds ,cardinals , blue jays and of course the little singing birds. You are right in the middle of just about everything this town has to offer. Florida caverns is down the road. You are within walking distance from a couple of parks ,McCoys , the dollar general and of course our court district and lots of churches are within a 5minute drive. If you have children then you will appreciate the very few houses that are actually on this street, less people equals less vehicles to worry about injuring your children due to negligent driving. In fact I absolutely was sold when I found out that our street is a dead end. The actual people who do live on this street are all aware and very careful and patient with the ones of us who do have little children and make sure they drive with our babies in mind. The rooms are yet to have the floors done but we do intend to have that done soon and I think we have decided on a slate gray nice thick and stain resistant carpet. I will update the pictures of the front of the house as soon as I plant my flowers and my seco palm. As well as the interior,as soon as I finish painting the kitchen (its the first to get some paint therapy but not the last.) We also installed a new kitchen faucet just something more modern nothing wrong with the original. The white pantry that is besides the microwave is one thing in the kitchen that we added. There wasnt any pantry so a family member crafted and painted us one. It’s super nice and I love that it don’t look out of place. The locks on the back and front doors now include the child safety chain lock that’s at the top of the back and the front door.
