We have loved sharing our bunkhouse with our friends and family but are ready for a new adventure. The current arrangement includes: the Master Suite on the main floor with a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet; the "Bunk Room" Suite with (2) twin over full bunkbeds & a queen sized bed in the nook, with en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet; the "Guest Room" with (1) twin over full bunkbed & a queen sized bed & walk-in closet with adjacent hall bath. All appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer) stay. Bedroom TV's and the Bunkbeds in the upstairs bedrooms will stay with the home. We have especially felt lucky that our two car garage is just the right size for storing our boat, ample outdoor equipment, and golf cart. The backyard is completely fenced in with a large patio and some grassy area. The patio set and the string lights will stay with the home.
