Hello! For Rent is this Airstream trailer in the heart of Malibu. It's located just off PCH, and is a quick walk to Paradise Cove. It's located on a large estate, and has a private dirt driveway for ease of access. Here's some information and tenant requirements: - Month-to-month lease (preferably 6 months or longer stay). - Maximum of 1 tenant. - Maximum of 1 car on the property at all times. - The Airstream is delicate. We need someone who will treat it delicately. - First month's rent and security deposit paid upfront. - No pets. - Applications will be run through Zillow. - Water, electricity, propane, and WiFi included in the rent.
