The aspens and lattice fencing that border the expansive deck provide plenty of privacy. The family room boasts a gas fireplace that generates a lot of heat, remote controlled for your convenience. The walkout basement has 2 bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom with beautiful tiled shower and floor with a glass shower enclosure. The laundry room includes a stack-able washer and dryer, cabinets, shelves and additional storage under the stairs. There is also a built in workbench with ample drawers and cabinet space for your crafts/hobbies. This has been a wonderful home for us. I never tire of the views, the sun and the wildlife. I loved being able to walk to the playhouse theatre, to the lake or to the many restaurants that Evergreen has to offer.
