    White brick rural home on a concrete slab foundation. 3 bedrooms or we used it as a 2 bedroom and a study. 1.73 quiet, peaceful, beautiful acres with huge pecan trees, pomegranate trees, oak trees, pear trees, fig trees and persimmon trees. There are 5 raised beds, 2 with roses, 2 with veggies and 1 with miscellaneous flowers. There are many flowering plants and crape myrtles to attract hummingbirds, butterflies and honey bees. I have bird feeders and squirrel feeders and throw deer corn out for the squirrels, deer and wild pigs. There is a 12 foot by 16 foot barn shaped storage shed or could make a nice workshop. It has a partial loft. I have my own septic tank and water well. The water well had a new pump and motor installed in late 2017. The electric central heat and AC with all new ductwork was installed in mid 2010. The big pecan trees near the house helps keeps it cool inexpensively in the summer. There's also a 20 foot shipping container here for additional storage. There are two wide sets of culverts but only one driveway. ***This house was slightly flooded in hurricane Harvey. Drywall from the floor half way up was removed. Some has been replaced but not all. It needs bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets and flooring plus what I already mentioned. I'm too old and too crippled to finish it. A good carpenter with a helper should be able to have it move in ready within 4 to 6 weeks and fairly inexpensively. With this beautiful park like land and the real estate prices around here, an investor (house flipper) should be able to make a nice profit for very little work. OR it would be a great place for a small family to live. It's unrestricted property so livestock IS allowed. The lots out here are 1.73 acres, so there are no neighbors breathing down your neck. Also included is a 28 foot Fleetwood Prowler camper. It has a new Coleman roof mount AC that was installed in November 2020. There is a 6x12 deck plus a 6x6 deck out front.
