Wawaset offers quick access to surrounding areas: downtown Wilmington (2 miles; 7 minutes by car; 19 minutes by bus); Wilmington Amtrak Station (3 miles; 9 minutes by car); Philadelphia Airport (22 miles; 25 minutes); Center City Philadelphia (33 miles; 36 minutes). It's a 5-minute drive to nearby Greenville; 5 minutes to I-95. It's a mile to Rockford Park in the Highlands. It's a short walk to the Univ. of Delaware Wilmington campus and the Ed Oliver golf course. The photos show our property, our street, and the nearby neighborhood.
