Tenant acknowledges that monthly rent is $1300 with rent due each month from the date of move in and lease agreement. The tenant agrees to a term of at least one year or 12 months lease. Tenant acknowledges that the rental is furnished and in move in ready condition. Appliances are avaiable., but the replacement of appliances is not guaranteed. Tenant agrees that the furniture remains the property of the landlord if rented as furnished. The landlord reserves the right for periodical inspections. A violation of any terms listed and the tenant is subject to eviction. Tenantt is responsible for payment of all utilities. Tenant must leave the home cleaned and the same as received.
