Perfect for one couple, a small family, or a few friends. It features a charming galley kitchen, open-concept living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a spacious full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, you'll find a relaxed beach vibe with dining space, comfy outdoor seating, and a fire pit designed with care to make you feel truly away from it all. Utilities are included in the rental price. If tenants goes above $200.00 in utilities they are required to pay the additional charges (gas, electric, water). Landlord will pay landscape and snow removal costs. Rental is available thru the second week of June 2026. No smoking allowed in or on property.
