This makes it great for those who need to commute for work, but still want to be able to walk downtown. It is a few blocks from the hospital, the stadium, and maybe a 15-20 minute walk downtown depending where you are going. The apartment is a large flexible one bedroom apartment - meaning it is easy to make the front or back room the bedroom depending on your preference and still not have to have people go through your bedroom to get to the kitchen and bathroom.
