The kitchen, while a bit dated, is very functional with a range/oven and refrigerator and nice pantry for storage. The master bedroom has an oversized closet that stretches approximately 12' with four standard sized, sliding doors. Parking consist of two carports directly adjacent to the stairs to your apartment. The carport also comes with a good sized (6' wide) floor-to-ceiling storage closet. This is a non-smoking building. Owner pays for water & trash.
