I have a private bedroom (12x12), bathroom (7x7), and storage unit up for rent in the Duluth area. The security is $400 and can be refunded back as $400 as long as the tenant does not create any damages in their rooms of rent for bedroom, bathroom, and storage unit. The refundable deposit is separate from "approve projects" requested from the tenant. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, laundry area, and the driveway. Therefore, this policy requiring a gun safe is justified. - Pets: This is a pet-friendly environment; however, you need to follow trailer park's community rules regarding getting the pets vaccinated, must be friendly, and be potty trained. Approval for the pet heavily depends on the trailer park's rules AND the owner's approval. The trailer park has the right to tell you to no longer have a pet if it creates a disturbance in the park.
