    Location, location, location, De Silva school district is one of the seek-after areas that many parents would love to move into. Rarely available homes here. Oliana st is located in one of the established Hilo communities, and the slightly higher elevation means the air is slightly cooler there than that of downtown, yet, this is close to historical downtown Hilo and shopping areas. This home basically has two separated units, and is an ideal place for an extended family, or a potential extra income rental option. The owner had input much love and thoughts into this charming plantation home. The two bedrooms upstairs with adquat size are comfortable, the three rooms down the basement are very accommodating with two separated bathrooms.
