Tumbaloo Creek Tiny Homes is a 22 tiny home community. We have several houses coming available soon. Each tiny home is a one bedroom one bath nestled under mature pine trees. It is a very safe and quiet community. You are welcome to look at them with an appointment after you are pre approved. Tenant pays: Rent 900$ plus all Utilities cost 250$ includes (water, electricity, sewer, trash and lawn service) total of $1,150.00 per month. Only one pet per Home. Some Pet are not allowed (ex. Pit Bull). Pet fee is $350. Pet fee is nonrefundable.
