Heron Cove is a furnished seasonal rental home available from October 3, 2026 through February 27, 2027. The minimum stay is 60 days. Come see this private waterfront home located on a beautiful, wooded 1-acre lot less than 15 minutes from downtown Brunswick. There is an ocean view from almost every room in the house! The first floor is open from end to end with windows facing the waterfront. The 14' x 40' back deck offers a wonderful spot to sit while watching the birds flutter around the feeders and the wildlife (and human) activities on the water. This spacious home is completely furnished, right down to the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, but can substitute as an office. Upstairs you will find newly carpeted bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with twin beds. The full secondary bathroom upstairs also houses the washer and dryer. Every utility and expense is included in the rent payment (at an approximate cost of $1,200 per month for the owners): baseboard heat, solar-powered electricity, WiFi, a water softener, a water filtration system, A/C (via wall-mounted heat pumps), landscaping, plowing/snow removal, pest control, and a propane generator for when the power goes out (it's Harpswell, so a generator is needed!). While snow plowing is paid for by the owners, the tenant is responsible for shoveling entryways, paths, and porches/decks. Tenants will have the use of one garage bay as well as plentiful parking in the driveway area. While the dock system won't be in, you can sit on the pier and watch the activity on the water.
