One bedroom on second floor of townhouse (will be unfurnished), the rest of the house furnished. 1.5 baths, finished basement, in unit washer/dryer, community swimming pool and tennis court, end unit with large bay window 12 month lease (is open to discussion). No smoking inside building. No guests longer than a week. There are two designated parking spots outside the townhouse, all other guests must park in visitors spots and have a badge. Must be okay with there being a cat. Barring any times the owner is away overnight and will need to be fed, care for the cat at is the sole responsibility of the owner and tenant will not be responsible for the cat. Would prefer tenant not have any pets of their own, but one cat might be okay. We are not allowed to have more than two cats on the property per HOA rules.
