1) Ocean views while walking distance to the beach and CDM village It takes 30 min walk to the CDM beach. Walking to CDM for dinner (parking is very difficult) and walking back is a very pleasant way of finishing a day. 2) You really do not need to have air conditioning. Maybe a day or two in a year, you wish you have it but year-round, you enjoy cool ocean breeze and romantic beeping sounds from a boat in some nights. 3) The house was remodeled to have every convenience/necessity (?) you wish to have in the modern world: WIFI enabled garage door you can open the garage door without coming home for a friend who is already at your house. The entire house water filter system enables you to enjoy every drinking water (even from your bathtub) clean and safe. Wired audio system (Dannon) and built in 3 speaker systems (2nd floor, front yard, balcony). We can't live without good music Outdoor heaters in the balcony yes, it can be cold in the evening even in summer nights at CDM. You can control the temperature while you are enjoying sunset. Worry-free life style Jasmine Creek Association fee includes structure insurance, roof, landscaping in common area as well as font yard, incredibly great working relationship with Newport Police, You don't need to lock doors (I never did for the last 10 years), Association dues are paid by landlord. Resort-like living if you don't mind living like in a 5-star resort every day; this house in Jasmine creek has it. Immense green areas, the club house with heated swimming pool (almost nobody uses it), lighted tennis courts. Great to have these for your guests and kids coming back from college for a short(?) visit. July 4th weekend you can watch the fireworks from your balcony! Gas hook up for your barbecue in the balcony never run out of gas while cooking Water hook up in the balcony you don't need to carry water in a bucket from the kitchen. Owner pays Association dues and gardener. Renter pays all utilities. Prefer multi-year lease.
