    Wow, a home for sale in "Old Town" Marblehead. You and your family have the opportunity to become one of very few to enjoy and live in this incredible quaint seaside town. Many upgrades have been done since June 15, 2020. The street & front side were refurbished at this time. Clapboards were scraped, sanded, repaired and painted. 3 window sills and 6 trim boards were also replaced. 2/1/2021 New LG refrigerator/freezer was delivered from Beach Sales. Congruently, major construction ensued by JC Construction Jan/Feb 2021. A costly endeavor to say the least but well worth it. The entire back side of the house was rehabbed with new clapboards, corner boards, window trim and the back door was replaced and trimmed out. Upon exiting your front door it will be very difficult for you to decide whether to take a right towards the harbor or a left for a plethora of possibilities. My home is for sure one of a kind having existed in the 1800's as a 600 sq.' cottage. I was told by a dear friend of mine, Frank Malcolm MacIver that he was in my house as a boy when it was a 600 sq.' variety store. If he and his buddy wanted the lights to stay on they had to put a coin into whatever it was in that day to keep the lights on? My kitchen was renovated in 2005. The roomy kitchen has granite countertops throughout and a unique backsplash of local sea glass designed by me the owner of "Tumbled by Time" Genuine Sea Glass Jewelry. I updated my first floor guest room for my Mom coming for a visit from Ohio in 2016. My room on the second floor, the "Master Suite" has a door to a large deck that was upgraded 8 years ago. My office (the third bedroom) is to the left as you walk upstairs. Two- three car parking and a perennial garden adds to the overall appeal of this great property in the most desired part of town.
