Great cover, food and water, everything needed to keep wildlife happy and this property has an abundance of it all. The deer numbers are through the roof in this area and by the looks of the numbers of scrapes, rubs and trail cam pics provided by the owners the giants are present. During my initial assessment of the property I bumped multiple groups of deer, saw plenty of bear sign, and also flushed a few grouse. The property is very diverse and is a gem for the outdoorsman who likes to hunt more than whitetail. Last year a 400Lb+ bear was taken off the property. An abundance of turkey, grouse and woodcock also call this property home. There is even a couple spots where you could shoot a duck or two.
