The back yard is super secluded and surrounded by an array of tropical flowers and palm trees that stretch along the pool side. Located within 5min walk is beach access and a couple great restaurants. The kitchenette features fridge, convection microwave, coffee pot and electrical tea kettle. We also provide Free wifi, access to a washer/dryer, a dedicated driveway and unlimited pool/BBQ access. First months rent and deposit are due upfront. Two small pets under 15lbs are allowed. No smoking is allowed in the apartment but is allowed outside the apartment. The renter is only liable for their rent. All utility and Wi-Fi costs are covered.
