Today El Portal is known as a bird sanctuary where you can find peacocks walking the neighborhood. It's an oasis in the middle of Miami. Walking distance to: Restaurants: the Citadel, Hachidori Ramen Bar, Sherwoods Bistro & Off-Site Shopping: Plant the Future, Sir Thrifty, and much more. No smoking allowed, must have good credit. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent price. Must move out by 1/15/2023.
