First floor offers lots of living space with spacious kitchen and family room, library, formal dining room and living room. Close to restaurants, shopping, highways, and only 35 miles from Downtown Cleveland. Home is equipped with elevator, wheelchair access, first floor laundry, cable television and Wi-Fi. No smoking, No pets. Owner is open to all reasonable offers, and is flexible on dates. Additional nights prior and/or after are available. Renter must submit non-refundable deposit (1/2 of total rental cost) with application. Balance due 1 week prior to stay. $10,000 price is for one week. Additional night $1000, additional week $5000.
