1 Bed 1 Bath loft located in North Campus. I've lived here for 9 months now, love the place but want to move in with my brother in a 2 bed. Looking for someone to take over the lease through August 1st. The place is very well maintained, great neighbors, hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. There are literally 7 windows and 25 foot ceilings so the lighting is incredible. Two closets in the bedroom, one storage closet in the laundry room. The only weird thing is that the bathroom is through the bedroom upstairs but not a problem if you live there by yourself. Space downstairs for a living area and office around the corner by the in-unit laundry. Neighborhood is also amazing, I go for a walk down by waller creek or around the LBJ fountain every night.
