Check-in information is provided 48 hours prior to arrival, with a unique check-in code sent 8 hours before arrival. Smoking of any kind is prohibited within the building and within fifty feet of it, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with noise monitoring devices in place. Excessive noise or gatherings will result in termination of the reservation without refund. Exterior cameras monitor common areas and entries. Certain items should not be flushed or disposed of in drains to avoid plumbing issues, with potential charges for violations. Maintenance access may be required with 24-hour notice.
