Tenants responsible for their own trash and recycling. No smoking allowed on this property. Pet's are permitted and there is a small space that can be used as a dog run. First and last month's rent is due on signing. There is a standby generator which powers the cabin if PG&E turns off the power. Tenant is responsible for trash and recycling. Republic Services picks trash up weekly if they sign a contract. It's $250 for three months. That's about $80/month or $20/week. One year lease required.
