Could not build the barn with the driveway on the kind of lot the house is on. Tons of potential just want to relocate for my work. No power or plumbing yet. Have done demolition of the kitchen and bathroom and the place is secure. Relocating and while once had big plans for the place, not now. Won't give it away but for my price or close to asking, I will sell it. Clean deed/title in hand and will move things that I've got over there upon a legit deal with proof/funds. Yorktown school district. Desirable area. Don't pay 300k for a stick built run of the mill home. The bones of mine are strong, just needs someone to do what I now won't. If it were done, it could easily bring 200k and would be a better house than what is being built today. Close to the interstate and to the city of Muncie.
