This is where your entrance is located, so you will have to go up 2 flights of stairs. The unit does come with 1 parking spot. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED, ALONG WITH CABLE AND WIFI. This unit is only for 2 people Maximum. This unit has been renovated and some photos show old appliances. The fridge and dishwasher will be replaced with a stainless steal one. Also the window that was bored in the bedroom has been fixed and replaced with another window. There is beautiful mahogany stained, original flooring in the living room and dining room, the kitchen and bathroom both feature tile and the bedroom has new luxury vinyl planking along with stain glass windows. Living room does have a ceiling fan and the entire apartment has recessed lighting in the ceiling, besides the bedroom that has wall sconces. We are with in a short walking distance to McDonald's, Wawa, Dollar General, Auto Zone, Arby's, Burger King, Delaware Vapor, Charlie's Pizza, Hibachi, Goodwill, Burger's by Wildwich, Hair/nail salon, Claymont walk in urgent care and so much more. All of those places mentions are less than a half mile away or a half mile away. We are also about 40 or 50 feet from the nearest bus stop. The closest grocery store is Food Lion and it could be walked to but it's 0.9 miles away. This is the house for you if you don't drive. There is a small dog on the property (8 lbs) that you most likely will not see but hear. There is no smoking inside the unit. Visitors are very limited this is a quiet house. 1 cat or 1 small dog (under 30 pounds) is acceptable, we are dog/cat friendly. The rent of this unit is $1500 and we request first month's rent and a $1500 security deposit to move in. We also request proof of income, at least 2 references and a valid ID. Utilities, cable (1 cable tv, additional cable for another tv can be purchased), WiFi, trash, 1 parking spot are all included in the rent. UNIT IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT NOW AND CAN BE SHOWN NOW. Rent will be prorated if you move in after the 1st of the month and rent is due on the 1st of every month and considered late if paid after the 5th. No smoking inside the building allowed.
