This property, forming the NW corner of Collins Ave at Airport Ave, has a net area of 4.53 acres and a total area of 5 acres, including the 60-foot road easement along its South boundary, known as Airport Avenue to the East, and Business Center Blvd to the West. Business Center Blvd is a traffic thoroughfare planned by City of Alamogordo to connect US HWY 70 to US HYW 54. When installed, it will be a 150 ft wide right-of-way.
